What is Pizhichil?

Pizhichil is a luxurious and deeply therapeutic Ayurvedic treatment that combines the benefits of oil massage (Abhyanga) and heat therapy (Swedana).   • The procedure is done for a course of 7, 14, or 21 days, based on the individual’s health condition.
  • After the session, the patient is allowed to rest, followed by a warm water bath using special herbal powders.
